COVID-19 Statement
Here at Specialized Refrigeration we are here to help you with all of your refrigeration and heating needs. Our focus at this time is the health and well-being of our customers. We have initiated measures to keep you, the customer, and our team healthy.
Our COVID-19 response:
- Our technicians will wash and sanitize their hands before they enter your home or business.
- Our technicians will respect social distancing, keeping a minimum of 2 meters from you. We ask you to give them the same space while they are doing their job.
- Due to the nature of the job our technicians will not be wearing gloves. However, they will be keeping their hands clean, using sanitizer, and regularly wiping down their tools and workspace throughout the day.
We have discussed with our employees the symptoms, of Covid-19. They will not be working if they are unwell and are encouraged to stay home if they or somebody in their family is not feeling well.
Please share any concerns you may have while making your appointment. We will do our best to provide a solution to alleviate your concerns. We at Specialized Refrigeration will continue to work on making you comfortable and safe in each season.
